I highly recommend Rick and Shoreline Home Watch to anyone looking for peace of mind for their property management needs. He can troubleshoot any issue and resolves that issue in a timely manner. You never have to follow up with Rick, the job is always done and done well. I have had property managers for my summer home in New England for many years and I wish I had a Rick on Cape Cod. He can do anything.....electrical work, painting, and a master woodworker to name a few. He is terrific at troubleshooting small issues and coming up with clever solutions. I haven't yet seen anything that Rick is unable to do.

With Shoreline Home Watch the job gets done, and done well. Also, the mentality shown is that they treat the property like it was their own, stay on top of issues, and make sure that small fires don’t grow into larger ones.

Once you see the way they handle the property and go the extra mile, etc., you’ll be glad you hired them. When I’m told something is going to get taken care of, it is done both well, and, you don’t have to worry about it anymore, which allows you to focus on other necessary tasks in your life. As for a specific example, one time Rick was on his way out to an important personal occasion on a Friday night, but there was an emergency with the house (oven/stove not working) that required his attention. He rose to the occasion, and dealt with the issue that the renters were having for a couple of hours. This to me is indicative of his work ethic, and exemplifies his professionalism and dedication.

I recommend their services. In a nutshell, they are proactive vs. reactive, are willing to do what it takes to get the job done, and do whatever they can to shield you from the headaches that can come from property management and home ownership. One of the challenges in hiring people is that you have to manage them. With Rick and Debbie’s professionalism and trustworthiness, you no longer have to carry that burden and can instead focus on things you enjoy doing with your time.
